Consultations
The Consultations module enables creating and managing consultations within a task. It allows selecting a team or user for consultation and exchanging messages related to the case.
Module Structure
Consultation Information
Each consultation includes:
- Consultation subject
- Consulted team or user
- Messages within the consultation
- Creation date
Consultation Handling Process
- The user opens the task details.
- Navigates to the "Consultations" section.
- Creates a new consultation, selecting a team or user.
- Adds messages within the consultation.
Effects of Consultations
- The consultation is linked to the task.
- The selected team or user receives a notification.
Consultations Preview
The task details display a list of all consultations with messages and dates.
