Consultations

The Consultations module enables creating and managing consultations within a task. It allows selecting a team or user for consultation and exchanging messages related to the case.

Module Structure

Consultation Information

Each consultation includes:

  • Consultation subject
  • Consulted team or user
  • Messages within the consultation
  • Creation date

Consultation Handling Process

  1. The user opens the task details.
  2. Navigates to the "Consultations" section.
  3. Creates a new consultation, selecting a team or user.
  4. Adds messages within the consultation.

Effects of Consultations

  • The consultation is linked to the task.
  • The selected team or user receives a notification.

Consultations Preview

The task details display a list of all consultations with messages and dates.
