All Applications

The "All Applications" tab enables browsing the complete list of all applications in the group (basket) of the actively logged-in user. This is a specialized view that allows for quick overview and management of all applications within the assigned task group.

Access to All Applications​

Access to the "All Applications" tab can be obtained through:

  • Sidebar section - "All Applications" option

Scope of Displayed Applications​

The list shows all applications belonging to:

  • Currently selected group/basket of tasks
  • All users in the given group (not only the logged-in user)
  • All statuses of applications in the system

Functionalities and Options​

  • Filtering options - full range of filters described in Basket Filtering
  • Saved filters - possibility to use custom filters
  • Sorting by various criteria

Personal View​

Application Management​

  • Application Details - access to full information via sidebar
  • Task Assignment - possibility to change responsible employee
  • Status Change - updating application completion status
